Fiscal 2023 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $1,295,000,013 will be obligated at award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Work is expected to be completed by September 2029. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi (82%) Crozet, Virginia (3%) Beloit, Wisconsin (2%) and New Orleans, Louisiana (2%), with other efforts performed at various sites throughout the U.S.
Huntington Ingalls Inc., Pascagoula, Mississippi, is awarded a $1,295,000,013 fixed-price-incentive modification to previously awarded contract N00024-18-C-2406 for the procurement of the detail design and construction of the Amphibious Transport Dock ship, LPD 32, the third LPD 17 Flight II ship.
